Cause that's what it looks like its gonna be.
The sauces are thickening, sticking to the bottom, and beginning to burn.
I honestly don't think it matters between the two. I guess Ensminger.

I'm no fan of Applewhite but if that is your metric of comparison then Ensminger was let go by Clemson and Auburn after their offenses got worse under his direction.
Ensminger was coaching high school football in his 50s.

If they keep Ensminger as OC, I really will be worried about this team moving forward.
It's not so much bc of his ability, as he did a fair job, IMO. It has more to do with the promise O and Alleva made about getting a top OC, and also the perception of the position by recruits. I think that would kill our offensive recruiting if it's Ens.
Again, not saying he's bad, bc he did well, especially for taking over in the middle of a season. IMO, I think recruits would be disappointed and it would hurt in that regard.
