If Les is dumb enough to keep Crowton, he deserves facing his Waterloo next year. Its just a shame we have to suffer through 2010 as the #105 ranked offense in the Nation with a waste of talent just to get rid of two bad coaches. Les needs to save his arse now and bring in somebody that knows what they're doing. I can't believe the TAF or Alleva is going to allow this to happen!

Well if Crowton is brought back and that trend continues we only have to look forward to scoring 200+ pts next season...nice...

Name from the past - the LSU coach when I first became a Tiger fan - my brother was a student there back then.

btw - the favorite student chant back then was 'Gus has got to go - Gus has got to go - Gus has got to go!!!'

He, like Les fricking Miles, was a great coach in 2007. That's all I got.

I've heard TAF is buying Crowton out this year. If Miles has another mediocre SEC record he's out next year.

No argument needed..........He is coming back!!

Exactly, and that's all that needs to be said. Everyone can keep bitching about his coaching ability but should stop worrying about whether he's being fired this year. He ain't, so move on

I'm still pissed over Crowton totally failing to find ways to get Trindon the ball over the last 3 years. A guy like Holliday helps you win championships with that kind of speed.

I mean, the guy tears it up in the first half against Arkansas - then you barely see the guy in the second half?

Holliday is just one example as to why this guy shouldn't be coaching at LSU.

I dont want to retain the guy, but if im making an argument, that is it.

but it is funny that no one in the preseason when I brought that point up wanted to concede that was indeed a lot of Jimbo's play calling mixed in, it was all 'da wizard'.

shite LSU fans couldnt wait for jimbo to get out of LA
