I could try... but I lack the passion for the side I'd be arguing to do so.

shep will have fresh legs for the next coach because crowton still has no idea how to use him except for maybe one play a game where 50 guys go in motion and we frick it up

That's a pretty solid argument.
What reason is there not to believe Belowpar's call that Crowton will be gone? Is it b/c it hasn't happened yet?
Tell me he isn't staying!

I think he was trying to protect another young QB and didn't want to see the same thing happen to JJ that happened to JL. Imagine where we could be if JJ blew up like JL did last year. I don't condone it but that is my argument!

He has a want to return, and certainly we look forward to a quality go from him in this next round of competitions with this football team.

Stats can say anything, but not when they are that blatant. That's one solid argument against Crowton. The difference between the 1st and 2nd yr at BYU has gotta be some kind of record.

For my part, after the pass from the 31 vs Ole Miss,
I used the Name of the Lord in vain, in an apparently unconscious and nearly automatic manner, maybe 345 times in the space of the first two hours after the game. It just came out, over and over, in amazement and STUNNED disappointment. I could not help it.
And periodically, but less often, for the next few days.
Even my housemate, who went to Penn State and is not a fan of LSU, was screaming at the TV, and asking WHY!! WHY? after the Ole Miss debacle.

Thank you. I needed that.

If we hire a new OC, the players might get a little bit confused sometimes, and you know we can't have that.
