Man its like a farewell card on Twitter for LSU analysts thanking for their time in BR. I wonder if CBK is not having a large staff or is just retooling it

Well let’s be honest, if O couldn’t even put in the time to interview coordinators. How much effort do you think he was putting in to these guys? Most were probably Ponamsky hires recommended to him by footballscoop

The quality of staffed tanked dramatically over O’s tenure.

CBK is overhauling FB ops top to bottom — I welcome whatever changes he wants to make. Finally an opportunity for a true reset for the program that we haven’t had since Miles took over.

Exactly. And that’s why it’s ridiculous that you have people complaining about what Kelly is doing. He’s simply doing what needed to be done.

Also have to note that Coordinators will want certain guys to be analyst under them. I'm sure it's a coordinated effort between OC/DC and Head Coach.

LSU had analysts under Miles, just not that many. LSU beefed up their analysts stable when Kiffin was at Bama and told Ed all of the information the analysts were compiling. Ed something to the effect of, "they knew our team better than we did".

Cleaning house was needed, with both the coaches and the roster. Anyone thinking the next couple of years are anything more than rebuilding years is delusional. I'd take 8 wins the next two years and be happy. As long as we're moving into championship caliber by year 3 with Walker Howard at the helm.
