LSU could get an offensive minded coach in Napier for cheap compared to other candidates. This leaves LSU a ton of money to play with to form the best possible staff around him.

We can also pick up some milk and bread while we are shopping at Walmart.

Do you sit at your desk with the TD CC board open in one window, constantly refreshing it, and a notepad window open filled with links to gifs ready to copy and paste? It’s a bit obsessive. You should probably seek help.

Has nice ring to it

Gives me full confidence that Saban’s dominance in West is over

Some of you really have no grasp of how much money is associated with the LSU football brand.

LSU should do that with any coaching hire. That’s not a benefit exclusively to Napier.

Where do you people receive your talking points from? These posts are always written in a similar manner, with “saving money” being among the handful of recycled benefits of a Napier hire.

I don't want LSU to save money. I want LSU to hire the best football coach it can and that is Lane Kiffin.

In fact, if Woodward makes the idiotic stupid mistake of letting Lane Kiffin remain at Ole Miss, it won't be long at all before Lane Kiffin and Ole Miss will not only be beating LSU on the recruiting trail, but also on the football field every year.

Therefore, Woodward better steal Lane Kiffin away from Ole Miss to make him the new head football coach of LSU. If Woodward doesn't steal Lane Kiffin away from Ole Miss, then it means that Woodward is terribly incompetent.

Sure Lane Kiffin has some skeletons in his closet, but so does all the other candidates as well. Lane Kiffin's skeletons are just more publicized because they happened on a bigger stage.

Nonetheless, there isn't a better coach in America to coach up Garrett Nussmeier and Walker Howard. As Lane Kiffin either has the best offensive mind in college football or if not, he is at least in the top-three that's for sure.

I mean, if Lane Kiffin isn't hired, LSU fans 30 years from now will be looking back and saying, "you know, LSU had the perfect opportunity to hire Lane Kiffin, but made the stupid mistake of hiring someone else? I mean, how stupid could the administration at LSU have been back then?"

Not to mention that Lane Kiffin is on Ed O's level on the recruiting trail.

Firstly, its not that complicated of a process.

Secondly, I am amazed myself as to how many of those type gifs are out there on the Internet.

I'm just warming up!

I get the Kiffin love, but it’s uncanny how a team’s personality mirrors their coach. His teams lack discipline. He has the traits of a bottle rocket. I’m not sure he can sustain success.

Lame Kiffin has had way to many chances and failures at P5 schools to assume he’s going to do any different here than the other 27 different school’s he’s coached at. The dude’s resume doesn’t look like a coach with elite level championship potential.

That could make things very interesting.
