I would have been fairly happy with him, TBH. But let's not pretend the jobs are equal. Prior to Kelly shitting the bed three consecutive coaches had won nattys at LSU. (And two of them were morons.) That's a damn strong selling point.
And of course, at this point, our moron governor needs the big splash hire to bray about.

I'm not sure it's that cut and dried. The Razorbacks take "only show in town" to whole other levels. The recruiting footprint isn't that great but expectations aren't skyhigh either. I can remember back before every game was televised. The whole damn state state shut down when the Hogs were on TV. Like, good luck buying gas until a commercial break

Doubt it. He’s going to want to run his offense.
Interested to see where Bobby ends up though. With even a mediocre defense this year we at least go bowling. Offense/Taylen did have a tendency to self destruct in the second half but it was still pretty good all things considered.
