Curtis Johnson has been a position coach in the NFL in a high powered, complex, offensive scheme. You can make an argument that he's ready to run his own offense. Add that to his ability to recruit and maybe you have something.
Frank Wilson would be a step down from CJ IMO because he doesn't have the same experience from an Xs and Os standpoint. But, he's extremely well thought of around New Orleans, and is known for his high character. He runs the recruiting at LSU. So, you could make an argument that Frank Wilson could be a tremendous CEO type of coach if given enough of a budget for assistants.
Trooper Taylor is seen as a punchline to a joke.

Never made it to coordinator in the college game. Atleast Taylor made it to Co-Offensive coordinator at Ok St. a few years ago.

Which means he has even less work to do really, they are pros for a reason and there is a reason he has never ever been a coordinator at the college level in all that time. Passed over several times while at the U. I do not want to bash Curtis Johnson here but you guys are inflating his worth.

Johnson is arguably the best WR coach in football. He has worked under Sean Payton for five years(I'm sure he didn't learn shite from him). He was a top recruiter when he was in college.
Truth is Tulane is in a position where anyone they hire will have question marks.
I'm no Tulane fan, but I'd take Johnson over Taylor all day.

Well, Trooper certainly has proven his coaching abilities as a position coach. I mean 4/5 Star WRs seemed to perform so well under him.
Hell, look at some of their recruits that are either awful or just been mediocre with tons of hype in Benton and Reed. He sure can swing a towel and wear his hat backwards though.

Benton is a fair statement.
Reed redshirted last year and missed a bunch of games due to injury this year. Not a bust yet by any means.

His WR corps at Tulane were pretty damn good. In 2001 they had the nations top receiving trio.

He wears it backwards because his dad did so. He was putting him to bed and trooper turned his dad's hat forward and his dad turned it backward. Trooper asked why he did that andhe said that's just what he does. He left for work and died in a wreck or something like that. That was the last time he talked to his dad.
And yes, he pays players. That isn't news to anyone that knows anything about him.
