I’m just curious how a press release gets delayed? Keith Carter and Lane have had this meeting since at least Wednesday and if this is OM’s final push than 9 was never reasonable.

It’s pretty obvious. Ole Miss has locked Lane in and won’t let him leave until he signs their extension.
LSU is sending Orgeron in to “take care” of the situation.
