From personal experience- don't believe ANYTHING coming out right now. People don't know jack except for the man himself.

I question whether people who are truly close to Herman and who truly have his best interests at heart would make these sort of comments. It really doesn't help him moving forward and in negotiations. It may all very well be the truth, but I question how close the coaches saying these things really are to Herman vs. what they may THINK they know about him.

Disinformation in some instances is good information. If Herman were coming here we wouldn't know about it until it was made public. If not then oh well. I'd rather be surprised than disappointed.

I like Herman, but if he's the only guy for the job then we have much bigger problems than we thought. Lot of good coaches out there, no?
