War breaker is phenomenal.

Sanderson is a rare generational talent. I’m so glad I found these books. I haven’t turned on a television since I found Mistborn

Its great to be back in the cosmere.

I read way too much last night. Without going into spoilers, I was a bit thrown off by the slight time jump, but I am enjoying it. There are some characters that I am now very worried about, fate wise.

I literally laughed out loud to Wayne at least 6 times last night

I need to go pick it up. Maybe I’ll do that tomorrow after work.

But, hell, I’ve still never gotten around to “Rhythm of War.” Haha. I’m slacking on the Cosmere.

Halfway through and loving it. Going from Malazan (still on book 9, paused it for this) to Wax and Wayne has been one hell of a shift .

Not yet. I have only read the Wax & Wayne books once and started my re-read a couple weeks ago. I'm hoping to be done by Thanksgiving.

I just finished Warbreaker.

Holy shite.

Sanderson just became my favorite author of all time. What a gift this guy has.

I’m a few chapters into Elantris. It’s his first book and you can definitely tell so lol. He definitely improved as we went.

This book is so full of random names and fantasy novel tropes it’s almost annoying when compared to his later works.

Excited to see where this goes.

I’ve read the Mistborn Trilogy, Wax and Wayne, and Warbreaker. After Elantris I’ll read the Lost Metal and then start on Stormlight Archive. I’m hoping to be finished all of that before my first book arrives in January. I can average a 700 page novel a week for the next 6 weeks right?

Did you read a Secret History and Lost Metal yet?

I feel like you waited too long on Stormlight but man it’s a fun ride… just some of the tie-ins may not have the same effect on you with that reading order

Secret History yes. Lost metal no.

Oh well lol. I’m still excited. I blind bought Mistborn trilogy when I backed the kickstarter before I ever even knew there was a reading order

An OG! I love it. Listening to secret history as we speak and hoping to hit lost metal this week…

Stormlight is the best of them all… which is saying something

Although I’m a Sanderson fan, I DNF’d war breaker.

I found vivenna and her storyline super boring and just gave up

You should give it another shot because I loved both Vasher and Lightsong the Bold. I agree Vivenna was the weaker part of the story but it's very worth finishing. The end of the book is the best part and it pays off very well. Especially Lightsong and Vasher's storylines.

I'd read some or all of Stormlight Archive before reading Lost Metal.

I'd also recommend reading The Emperor's Soul before reading Lost Metal (which I never had).

I don't want to get into spoilers, but the Cosmere is getting increasingly connected.

There are several terms (just terminology, I don't think that is spoilery) in Lost Metal that are directly related to and in much more detail to Stormlight Archives.
