I don’t particularly read a lot. But, I’ve wanted to find something that I could enjoy reading at night. I enjoyed the Hunger Games, Harry Potter, and The Remaining. I’ve thought about re-reading the Harry Potter books.

Based on what you say you've read, I would suggest the entire Hannibal Lecter series. Easy read, and hard to put down. Just be sure to Google the proper order to read them.
I would also recommend The Hobbit/Lord of the Rings, but you may find those a bit difficult.

Bernard Cornwell.
He has several series. I’m binging my way through The Last Kingdom set.
Starbucks Chronicles is good.
Relatively quick and fun reads. I’ve never ventured into his Sharpe series. There are a frick ton of those.

So YA fantasy? Chronicles of Narnia, The Hobbit, and The Lord of the Rings if you have not already read them.

Based off of Hunger Games and Harry Potter, I think Red Rising would fit. The first book is a light read similar to Hunger Games.

I think Pullman's "Golden Compass" series is fantastic.

Red Rising series.
I’m on the 2nd book and enjoying this series. So far I think the 2nd book is better than the 1st.

2 and 5 are my favorite so far, but I enjoyed all of them and agree with the poster above that they all improved over the first.
Book 6 is coming out in July and the final book should come out soon after. Brown originally planned for book 6 to be the end but it was too long so he split it up.
