Not in the Dunk and Egg stories, yet...

he hasn't finished the Dunk and Egg series, its just common knowledge that Ser Duncan the Tall and Aegon the Unlikely along with his son Duncan the Small die in the Tragedy at Summerhall, its mentioned in the books by Barristan Selmy

Aegon the Conqueror was married to both his sisters. Targs take what they want.

If Jon is revived by Melisandre, the Red God, I fully expect him to have some visionary powers. If so, he will see the truth of his parentage via the flames.
Personally, I hope something else is responsible for him being revived so Bran can tell him after he sees it via weirwood tv. Lyanna was of the North. She would have prayed/got married in front of one.

It's good to be the king.

I need to read this again. I keep stalling on the first book though, because I've already watched it and watched the tv show a few times.

for you guys with kindles, what's your favorite chapter or chapters to go back and read? Personally mine is the Whispering Wood. When I think about how hard GRRM has raped the Starks and North it's always good to go back and read that.

I re-read Joffrey's wedding a lot. It helps me sleep at night.
How good are the dunk and egg stories? I have never read those.

They're pretty good actually. And not just for the content that ties into ASOIAF.

Ned told Jon Snow he would tell him the truth about his mother the next time he saw him. Jon Snow is probably in a coma at this point and is visited by Ned who reveals the truth about his mother and father Lyanna and Rhaegar. Ned may also explain how Lyanna and Rhaegar were secretly married and Jon is in fact, not a bastard. I realizes Rhaegar would have been married to Elia also at this time but whatever. Ned explains how he had to keep it secret because Robert Baratheon would have surely killed him if anyone knew his true identity.
Interdasting.

The members of the Night's Watch probably consider him dead and say the words "And now his watch has ended." This gives him the "out" of the Night's Watch he needed to serve his true purpose.
This is kind of what I figured. It's a "noble" way out of his vows.

I think those links someone gave me for those books cost money. I just downloaded them via torrent.
They are good so far. Damn work keeps interrupting my reading time

I'm starting to think some of the stuff they add in the show could be seen/used as foreshadowing in the books.

I guess it's possible
I don't think it's very likely though
