Police arrested former Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler in Franklin, Tennessee on Thursday night for driving under the influence and a number of other charges...
quote:

The former NFL star and ex-husband of Kristin Cavallari was arrested for DUI and 3 other offenses Thursday evening in the city of Franklin, TN. The other crimes were failure to exercise due care, violation of implied consent law, and possession of a handgun while under the influence.

Cutler was booked into the Williamson County Jail, where he posed for a scruffy mugshot -- and, as you can see, the dude doesn't look too happy. Jay posted $5,000 bond and was released later that night, according to a rep for the Franklin Police Department.

Possessing a gun while drinking is against the law? Talk about overreach.

“Ex of Kristin Cavallari”. Says everything about our society. A guy that gained fame from working his arse off as an athlete is known by a reality TV whore.

This is a classic case of overcharging to get a plea. All the other charges are directly tied to the DUI charge. This is why state legislators need to trim down their felony statutes so you don’t get 4 charges all for the same event.

"Anybody that says they haven't is a liar" true, but in today's world, where Uber is typically inexpensive, quick, and easy to use, there's absolutely no excuse. And also, Cutler is a multimillionaire and shouldn't worry about the Uber cost, which is negligible to a guy like him.

Not excusing Jay, but Williamson ConSheriffs Office is a bunch of lowlife non residents who just like shitting on the locals.

Clearly, he was too drunk to decide not to drive. Charge the bartender and waitstaff.

Problem solved.
