Jimmy Graham Congratulates Ex-Teammate On Leaving New Orleans
Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
The Saints traded defensive lineman Akiem Hicks to the Patriots on Thursday morning. Shortly after, former New Orleans TE who now plays for Seattle, Jimmy Graham, posted this congratulatory tweet...then deleted it...

Graham seems miserable on the Seahawks, but would he be happy on an 0-3 team with a hurt Brees? I don't know.

Drew made Jimmy.....ginger should show some respect. At the end of the day its business for those guys. No need for sly remarks.

Displaying that attitude which is part of the reason he got traded. Can't pay that kind of money to a TE that doesn't block and disappears in big games.

Drew Brees is my fantasy quarterback ://

Two things. First, there's nothing wrong with Jimmy being happy for his friend getting off the sinking ship that is the Saints. Second, Jimmy has no right to be bitter to the Saints. They made a bad move trading him, but the Saints made him good enough to be trade bait to begin with... And he's been paid handsomely for it. Heck, he's living the dream!!!

Graham really acts "blessed" by whiffing on blocks on a regular basis. What a player.

graham needs to have some more class. saints believed in graham more than any other team and were first to draft him. be thankful for the time here.. no need to be bitter.

Seatle's gonna find out what we already know...Jimmy's gonna vanish in big games.

I'd congratulate him too. The Saints are a disaster.

Why the thread about graham, but a picture of ET?

I'd be pissed too if the Saints traded me in the prime of my career.

Sounds like he's bitter and miserable since he will lose receptions and has to actually block.

Saints fan's butchery is delicious.

Way to show us what a good professional you are, Jimmy.

Big thanks for a franchise that took you from shitty basketball player to one of the best pass catching TE's in the league.

Good riddance...enjoy 3 targets a week in Seattle.
