I don't care who Damon voted for in the election. This video is as clear as it could possibly be. Damon was drunk and could have killed himself or others. The policeman was doing his job arresting Damon and acted appropriately at all times dealing with belligerents who could have put him in danger. The girlfriend obstructed the arrest. Its not that complicated.

Yeah they are drunk and obnoxious, but the officer is a typical Billy Badass. He could have assessed in the first ten seconds that they weren't a threat. But the officer is acting like they are Bonnie and Clyde.

Its pretty simple. Comply with law enforcement. I don't care who you are or what color you are, if you are pulled over. Do what they say. Make sure everyone with you does what they say. It ends safely with no drama, you get your summons, or go to jail for being drunk, and you move on with your life. Their behavior and disobedience toward the cop, put everyone in danger in that situation. No excuses. Do what they say. So stupid.
