Kirby Lee-USA TODAY Sports
LSU is under review by the College Sports Commission (CSC) as part of an investigation into potential NIL violations, according to multiple reports.
The inquiry is focused on whether NIL agreements tied to the program complied with current rules governing booster involvement and recruiting inducements.
Third-party NIL deals worth more than $600 now must be reported to the NIL Go clearinghouse. The investigation into LSU and the athlete centers on potential unreported compensation.
LSU football is not involved in this inquiry, according to the reports.
