That is about as good as it can get. Wish him well. Classy statement.

Gotta give him props for at least sticking it out through spring and competing. Wish him only the best.

It's amazing, LSU is stacked with talent at QB that one feels they have to transfer to get a better shot at starting. Couldn't say that 5 years ago.

He has a ton of potential given the right situation. I wish him the best. He's a better fit for a west coast/pro-style offense if he can find one. They tried to fit him into the spread-read-RPO stuff this year, and he just isn't a huge threat to run so he didn't work as effectively for that system. IMO Coaches definitely could've done a better job managing a play book/play selection for him, but I understand the direction they're trying to go with more athletic QBs managing a spread-read-RPO attack. Seems like both parties are OK with the transfer, and TJ's handling it with class just like he has handled himself since I started following him as a recruit! Good Luck to the young man!

Kid should try Texas Tech or SMU, they're offenses are made for him or were made for him.

Sorry it didn't work out for him at LSU, but I wish him the best of luck wherever he goes. As long as it isn't in the Bama. If it's Bama then my position may change.

Makes me sick to lose TJ. GREAT kid!!! However, he’s gotta do what’s best for him. This a decision I truly can respec. Kid competed like a champion, and I will be rooting for him wherever he lands. Good chance we’ll see him it the NFL one day soon, too. Gonna miss ya, TJ!
