Ed Orgeron met with the media on Friday and revealed that four players will not be with the team for the start of fall practice on Saturday for various reasons.

Those four players are offensive guard Ed Ingram (suspended indefinitely for violation of team/university rules, per Ed Orgeron), offensive tackle Cameron Wire who is dealing with a lingering injury from High School, tight end Jamal Pettigrew (knee injury), and tight end Thaddeus Moss who is presenting his father Randy Moss into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame this weekend.

T Moss - that’s an awesome excuse for missing anything.

It could be just a matter of getting enough hours, very rarely do they not make their grades any more because they drop the class if they think they will fail. Hopefully it is that and he is in an intersession class or correspondence course and will be eligible as soon as he finishes

Probably not grades since O was talking about Ingram starting last week so.....

Well, now you do.

Whew, that title had me nervous and scared for a lil bit.

I always hate when this comes out. Other than Ingram and Pettigrew we got pretty lucky.

If Ingram was at alabama I can guarantee you he wouldn’t be suspended

WTF? What happened with Ingram?? That hurts

All on the O-line...horrible. This is do or die for ol' O University.

You know O-Linemen can't catch passes like a TE can, right?

(typically. I realize linemen have caught passes before, but it's abnormal... much like a TE catching a pass at LSU I guess. this guy has a point.)

All on the O-line..horrible. Meh. Wire wasn’t playing this year, we already knew about Pettigrew who is a pass-catching TE, hardly part of the O-line. Same with Moss, but he’ll be back next week. Ingram is the only one that hurts, and it hurts a lot. shite. Oh well, I guess that means we’ll see Cush at Center and Lewis and Brumfield at the Guards. But stil— shite.

"OG Ed Ingram - suspended indefinitely" Why?

Gotta be drug test right

Gotta be academic, possibly cheating. Could be stealing, but that's unlikely.

Failed drug test or grades is my guess.
