Ed Orgeron met with the media on Friday and revealed that four players will not be with the team for the start of fall practice on Saturday for various reasons.

Those four players are offensive guard Ed Ingram (suspended indefinitely for violation of team/university rules, per Ed Orgeron), offensive tackle Cameron Wire who is dealing with a lingering injury from High School, tight end Jamal Pettigrew (knee injury), and tight end Thaddeus Moss who is presenting his father Randy Moss into the Pro Football Hall Of Fame this weekend.

It could be just a matter of getting enough hours, very rarely do they not make their grades any more because they drop the class if they think they will fail. Hopefully it is that and he is in an intersession class or correspondence course and will be eligible as soon as he finishes

All on the O-line..horrible. Meh. Wire wasn’t playing this year, we already knew about Pettigrew who is a pass-catching TE, hardly part of the O-line. Same with Moss, but he’ll be back next week. Ingram is the only one that hurts, and it hurts a lot. shite. Oh well, I guess that means we’ll see Cush at Center and Lewis and Brumfield at the Guards. But stil—shite.
