ESPN's Jordan Rodgers Warns Sam Leavitt Is 'On A Tight Leash Now'

ESPN analyst Jordan Rodgers believes LSU quarterback Sam Leavitt could be on a short leash moving forward following his struggles in Saturday's 32-24 loss to Ole Miss.

During a recent appearance on ESPN, Rodgers questioned Leavitt's tendency to play "backyard football" and suggested that LSU could be looking at a seven- or eight-win season if the quarterback continues to make the same mistakes.

He literally cost us the game, missed a wide open tightend in the endzone, missed reads of a bunch of wide open recievers, over threw a touchdown pass...Exc.... Now i will say our offensive line is not giving him much time but there were time he escaped a pocket that he could have moved up in and made a throw
