Report: LSU May Require Masks On Campus Next Semester, Possibly Cancel Fall Break

LSU Interim President Thomas Galligan spoke on a BRAC webinar Tuesday about some of the new rules students and fans might see on campus next semester.

Some of those changes could be masks being required on campus and the school canceling fall break, according to Galligan.

It's not all about you. Others may want to see the game live too and freedom has its limits. Just like your freedom doesn't give you the right to kill another person it also doesn't give you the right to possibly kill someone because you are carrying a deadly virus and are asymptomatic.

Living far away, I haven't been to a game in close to 20 years. If I had a chance to go to a game this season with the rule of wearing a mask and gloves for a few hours, I'd do it in a heartbeat. A heartbeat. GEAUX Tigers!

I've been full time on campus for a month now with masks optional (maybe 20% wear them). Can't wait for 3 months from now when its required "for my own safety."
