Paul Finebaum Makes His Prediction For LSU vs. Ole Miss On Saturday

During Friday's episode of ESPN's "Get Up," Paul Finebaum discussed LSU's matchup at Ole Miss and predicted the Rebels would win. Here's what he had to say. Per On3:

“I like the home team — Ole Miss,” Finebaum stated. “This is such a narrow game, but to me, that home field matters. The Ole Miss situation is interesting. Austin Simmons was the quarterback, and everyone thought he was a good replacement for Jaxson Dart.

“But then here comes Trinidad Chambliss after an injury. And Lane Kiffin is very difficult to beat at home.”

I just don't think you can prepare for what you get from the LSU defense. Practice, simulations are one thing but the speed and athleticism those dudes bring on Saturday is not something you can emulate during the practice week.

Old Piss defense can't handle our offense and our defense can handle their offense only if Baker assigns Perkules to that damn backup/starting QB Trinidad Chambliss, this is one athletic kid. But our secondary is BOSS they won't do it through the air, we can't let him hurt us with his legs.

Well so far everyone we have played except Southeastern has handled our offense. We need to see them step up and take some pressure off of the defense on the road. I'm hopeful they will and the LSU defense will be the LSU defense.
