LSU returned to practice Tuesday afternoon for Day 2 of Spring Ball and still missing was quarterback Peter Parrish.

Parrish, a redshirt freshman from Phenix City, Alabama was not present when the team opened up spring practice on Saturday.

The dual-thread quarterback served as LSU's third-stringer behind Joe Burrow and Myles Brennan last season.

The presence of T.J Finley probably made him quit on the team. T.J gonna play sooner than later.

I hope it's not because he wants to transfer because I wanted him to do well here. I know there's the whole pecking order thing but still.

Can't blame him if he wants to transfer...he may already know any chance at serious play time is slim to none...

Yah very very slim due to him not even showing up to practice, but the kid brought that on to him self. All he has to do is communicate to the head coach and show up to practice. That's the same way for any player at any school. That should not be hard to do if he wants to show case his talents at a school like LSU

Without any explanation, such as some sort of injury, this is a very bad indication of his commitment to being an LSU Tiger. Probably is in a huff because he is assuming that Brennan has already secured the QB position. Brennan took the back seat and waited his turn. If Parrish wants to go, then, hurry up and do it.

He was never starting over Brennan no one should be debating that. I think his issue is with the Freshmen maybe overtaking him on the depth chart already.

southsideell, I thought of that, but, how on Earth can you "compete" and keep your position if you don't even bother to show up for practice?

He saw that the bar has been raised, by having a Capital P in the rPo! Gone are the days of the Run but no Pass options from the Les Miles era.
