LSU's running backs combined for 49 rushing yards on 12 carries in the season-opening loss to Florida State.

Quarterback Jayden Daniels added 64 rushing yards by himself, but coach Brian Kelly wants LSU's running game to be more balanced with the backs getting more carries.

This week, Kelly talked about LSU's run game and Tre Bradford, who showed flashes vs. the Seminoles.

Running game?? What running game?? A QB gets the snap and runs for his life every other down is NOT a running game!! This is basic....Very disappointed in a million dollar a game coach not having the team better prepared, period!!!

There was no run game.

Put Heard in and move Emory over to guard. I expected to see him in there in the 2nd half. He told BK that he would be playing left tackle eventually, so the kid's psyche is strong. If he fcks up, so what, he'll learn from it.

Why are we still bothering with John Emery? I don't understand it. He is never available.

You wouldn’t have to worry about the QB being the leading rusher if Nuss started. I like Daniels a lot, but FSU’s coaching staff published the blue print for containing him.

Our offensive plan contained him. We went away from was working trying to force the passing game...

So you think Nuss starts and we get a stop in the 2nd half?

looks like they woke bradford up from a nap and said hurry up and get dressed you're starting.

We were two or three QB sneaks from winning. Getting an early big lead at halftime. Crazy that we don't have the sneak in our offense on very short yardage situations.

Just run the play I saw San Jose St. (I think) run the other day. Put two guys off the ball as wings/tight slots and motion them to either side of the QB, right behind him under center. Sneak with two strong guys behind him pushing.

That is most true statement about the whole game! Learn to take snaps under center and put in the damb 'PUSH' play, like Tennessee did Saturday, before they outlaw it again.

The running will improve when the line play does. FSU is good, but we got pushed around all night.

Better play calling is difficult when your OL is getting out manned & pushed around because your QB can't throw the ball accurately...

Who is the MORON who scheduled difficult Opening Games for the last four seasons, all of which were lost by LSU.

we've been doing it for 20 years. Nobody likes cupcake games. And the "moron" who scheduled this game is cashing the $5.1 million dollar check that LSU got for playing it.

I guess if you want to prostitute yourself and start your season with a Loss, go for it.

Is JD calling plays?

Get a passer at QB to keep defense honest. They're stacking the box and daring you to throw. This isn't hard, and I'm cheap if you need to replace your OC

We threw for 350 and had 11 plays of 20 or more yards. I’m I don’t see where any of that game was on the QB. In the biggest plays of the game, when we had to have it, what were JD’s mistakes?
