Four-Star CB Jaboree Antoine Has Decommitted From LSU

LSU lost a commitment from four-star cornerback Jaboree Antoine on Sunday,

Antoine, a 6-2, 180-pound prospect from New Iberia, La. (Westgate High School) originally committed to LSU in January while on campus for the Tigers Junior Day recruiting event.

Antoine is one of the top cornerbacks in the country for 2025 and is rated the No. 2 player in Louisiana.

Exploring his other options. Let him take his visits. He's the #2 CB in the state. He earned it. I think in the end, he still signs with LSU. Unless someone offers him something exuberant. IF it's close, it'll be LSU.

No one is stopping him from taking his visits and no one forced him to commit. If you want to take visits do it before you commit, its not that difficult of a concept. Let your commitment and words mean something, something that will serve you well in life.

These kids all want money nowadays. Negotiate payments beforehand and if they want to bring the entourage in for an official visit with all the benies, let them pay for it. The inmates are running the asylum now in college football. I love the game but it’s losing its luster with me.

Could we maybe refrain from trashing these kids for doing what just about every single one of you would be doing if you were in their position, especially at their age.
The hate shown towards Keylan and now Jaboree is ridiculous. If recruiting is too stressful for you, focus on something else instead of bad mouthing recruits for exercising their options.
Grown men name calling 18 year olds because they don't like or understand why a particular recruit does something is one of the most cringe things on Tigerdroppings lately, and that's saying something.
