Yahoo Sports is reporting that LSU junior guard Tim Quarterman will declare for the NBA Draft and hire an agent.
quote:

Quarterman, a 6-foot-6 point guard, is expected to sign with professional representation on Monday and forgo his right to return to LSU before the May 25 deadline, sources said.
Quarterman averaged 11.2 points, 4.6 rebounds and 3.6 assists in 33 games this season.

He is the second LSU player to declare for the 2016 NBA Draft after freshman Ben Simmons announced his decision to turn pro last week.

Lucky if he makes D-league. Will be playing in China 3 years from now. Most overrated player on team. Plays to emotional and willing to give up when things aren't going his way. Shot low 60s from free throw that's pathetic from a guard. Think he was sub 40 from beyong the arc. Give johnny have the blame never delveloped the kid. Came in 4 star leaving a 3 at most. He has good size for guard and pretty good athelete is what he entering this draft on.

Down votes welcomed, but, Tim Q will be a good off the bench player. Is it the coach or the player? you guys always want it both ways

I'm guessing you're trolling? He should not have even come off the bench at LSU the way he played this year, much less the bench in the NBA.

boneheaded decision. At least transfer somewhere and learn how to play the game before you decide to play for the Somali D-league.

This is a bad move. He must still think in his mind he is as good as Simmons. I hope it works out for him, but I see a oversees move for him

Any chance that JJ could go with him to the NBA? The NBA needs JJ in a bad way.

Thanks for everything young man. I'm going to miss his unique style: jacking up a 3 with 23 seconds left on the shotclock after going 0-6 from 3 point range.
