LSU's 2018 recruiting class just got a huge boost...

Talented four-star power forward Darius Days from Gainesville, FL announced Friday night that he has committed LSU.

The 6-7, 218-pound prospect chose the Tigers over North Carolina and Florida.

LSU now has three verbal commitments for the class of 2018 with the addition of Days. He joins four-star power forward Nazreon Reid from Roselle, NJ and combo guard Ja'Vonte Smart from Baton Rouge, LA as the future recruits of LSU Basketball.

Please people stop worrying about if Coach Will Wade recruiting is illegal because it's not. Wade was a master recruiter everywhere he Coached and he brought kids to schools that normally didn't go to those schools so if you gotta hate find something else to hate on because that's definitely not it. GEAUX TIGERS!!!!!!!!!

What if the other schools are under the spotlight too much to use their old dirty recruiting tactics? Some people just want to be the first to say I told you so even when there's no story and nothing to base it off of. He is nothing like Hugh Freeze imo. HF always came off as over the top Holier than though. Wade does not. He's just this ordinary person who's young and might actually relate to the players.

Why would anyone suggest that Wade's recruiting was somehow tainted? He's a great guy - and LSU is lucky to have him as coach.

I think everyone is just a little nervous about things right now. Remember, we’v suffered through Trent Johnson and JJ. I think we all are just not used to getting the elite players that Coach Wade is getting. But he is young and really does seem to relate to the players. Let’s breathe it in and enjoy the ride!

Spend just 5 minutes talking to Coach Wade and you'll understand what is drawing these players. The guy is legit.

Look I'm excited and all. But LSU over UNC? This better be clean. We don't want the NCAA looking in on our athletic department.

It would be foolish and completely stupid for any college athletic program to recruit illegally right now. Seriously, I mean, Pitino gets fired over some BS and that guy is like a godfather in the college basketball coaching ranks. My point, if the NCAA is looking at him, then they looking at LSU and every other school that's got commitment's from highly rated recruits. Just read ffishstik's comment afore mentioned, Will Wade has the IT, that charisma, that persona, that sincerity, that focus or whatever other positive attribute successful coaches possess that is called the IT. The IT factor, and these recruits see that in him. I'm not worried about Wade and LSU doing anything that will jepordize the program, I am concerned with something else, something that could possibly follow in the years to come after Wade has built LSU into a national dynasty with a couple NC's on his resume'. I won't mention what I am concerned with, because I don't want another repeat of the Saban experience. (Okay, I know, I said I wouldn't mention what I'm concerned about, I didn't say I wouldn't hint at it though) With a lightening flash and a thunder roll, the arena is lit with purple and gold.

UNC is a declining program. LSU basketball is the future of upper echelon dominance.

They just won the national championship and got away with heavy NCAA violations. You're delusional.
