2 Things:
1) That's not a dead lift, It's the concentric portion of a trap bar deadlift. 0 reps
2) 600 lbs is a lot of weight to rack and unrack, but calling that a squat is unfair to those that lift. 0 reps

You are going to take heat for this from the rabble on here but you are factually correct.

I would argue that it makes very little functional sense for this kid to be squatting an amount of weight that he can’t do for one clean rep. He should probably never be going less than three clean reps at 80% of his max. When that gets easy, he can move up. That would be a much more efficient use of his workout time.
