Two California high school baseball teams got into a massive brawl during a game earlier this week and it grew into such a large melee on the diamond, cops are now investigating it all...
quote:

The fight erupted after Norwalk H.S. beat Mayfair H.S., 3-2, on Wednesday in Lakewood, which is about 25 miles south of downtown Los Angeles.

The victory meant the Norwalk Lancers swept Mayfair and would advance in the playoffs ... and in order to celebrate the occasion, one of the Lancers' players brought a broom to the postgame handshake line.

Not a big fan of the shitty sportsmanship but if you bring a broom to a handshake line, you're fricking asking for it

I love the travel ball moms in the stands. Talking shite and keeping it trashy until the brawl starts. fricking counts.

Did the coach think it was a good idea to let a player carry a broom to the handshake line?

one of California's finest trailer parks , or
homeless camps.

Parents were the biggest motivators telling players to "get him" etc. Stupid people.

Listening to the parents, I can't believe those kids acted that way.

Just take the broom from him. Now let me get mad when they attempt to/do and a fight breaks out.

After seeing/hearing how the parents acted I, for one, am SHOCKED to see their kids engaging in a baseball fight. Seems like they were clearly raised better and taught self-control. LOL

Also, you trot out the broom to the front of the handshake line there is a really good chance things are going to get physical. Save that for the dugout/locker room imo.
