Don’t be naive, UNC is very good. Yes OU may win it all, they are hot. but I would not count UNC out.
Absolutely. Shows how teams can get very hot at the right time.
As someone who’s played at a high level it’s not so much about “stuff”. If you are on campus as a pitcher in college you have it. Consistency in arm action and mental focus is what separates the good from the great. Can you walk someone and come back from it. Can you give up a home run and have a short memory. Or will you shake your head and start to lose it. That’s what’s separates guys.
Like I said to project, as someone with family all over lawtell and frilot cove, it’s cool seeing plaisance and Lawtell high being mentioned on here.
As a frilot cove product to went to OC and someone that has old relatives along with my dad graduating from plaisance in 75, it’s Nice to see a player from northwest getting to be in purple and gold.
And this is why I will constantly argue that becoming a Major League Baseball player is one of the hardest things someone can do. Just to make it to the show is an incredible accomplishment.
Freaking Little Rock….. those dudes are not scared of shite and play like they belong. That coach will be getting plenty of phone calls.
It will take away from the big time regular season games because teams won’t have to worry about winning as much. They will start resting players, guys will start half assing because, why risk getting hurt and end up missing the playoffs? We will get in at 8-4 so it’s all good. That’s the mentality that it will create and it’s bad for the greatest college sport.
Anybody should be nervous to play LSU in Hoover. It’s just something about the tigers and Hoover. May not always win the whole thing but they rarely go one and done and put pressure on everyone.
Keep scoring runs like they have been and they will beat Oklahoma. LSU couldn’t hit a beach ball when they played that series
Indeed it can be. To this day my daughter has to go to therapy due to brain swelling. Bacterial meningitis at 2 weeks old. A Miracle she’s here to say the least. Prayers for him
Milam is what you call a DUDE. Always serious, always ready to rumble. He’s going to play ball for a while.
It really is an odd thing honestly. Scoring 8 runs or more in the sec usually means you’re winning quite often. Mainly because people expect the pitching to be that good. Not the case this year.
They may beat Oklahoma, but that’s about it realistically
I’d say the most disappointing. But smoke Laval had a couple really bad teams
