This isn't about "5th year players coming back"
This is literally players who signed professional contracts and participated in practices/preseason games AS PROFESSIONALS coming back to college.
There's nuance in every case and it requires a logical thought process to see it that way.

When's the last time LSU has played in a game as big as the ones Oregon/Lanning "can't win"?
