Non-conference
• Sat, Aug 28: vs Northwestern State
• Sat, Sep 4: vs Houston
• Sat, Sep 11: vs UTSA

SEC
Home (5):
• vs Arkansas
• vs Missouri
• vs Oklahoma
• vs Ole Miss
• vs Vanderbilt
Away (4):
• at Florida
• at Georgia
• at South Carolina
• at Texas A&M

•our 4 year cycle aligned with title game in NOLA next year
•19/22 starters eligible to return
•potentially will have full off season with Leavitt to prepare with WR group
•5 home games in SEC schedule
•conf. games against each of the bottom 4 in current SEC standings
•forced P4 OOC game is very winnable game against Houston
•finish strong this year and we’ll rank top 5 preseason (which matters in polls down line if you catch a loss or two)

This has been known for a couple years now...

So now we're Next Year U?

Princewell, Dottery and Benefield are all gone next year.

Then what is the 5th home game? We played 5 away games this year so it swaps next year

ETA ok thought you were wrong. I got this from LSU site

Lane Kiffin will also be 52 in 2027.

Same age that Saban was when he won his first championship in 2003

No Auburn or Alabama is depressing.

we did not know at all what our roster would be, who we were playing or who our coach would be next year “a couple years ago”

Would be awesome if they all decided to return, but here are the ones I believe leave for the NFL...

Harris, TD Green, Seaton, Umanmielen, Cooley, Benefield.

So that would make 16 of 22 starters returning.

Then, ones who are 50/50 I'd say are...

Leavitt, Stephiylan Green, and Weeks.

Then we would be down to 13 of 22 starters returning.

Not to be a Donny Downer but better to be prepared for each one of those scenarios.

Dumb take. The point is that the championship is in New Orleans again.

That home schedule is abysmal lol. Some exciting road games tho been a minute since we’ve been back to Athens and I always love playing Florida

Having the majority of starters returning from a very very good squad, possibly a playoff team, though I think is the key here. Some of those 50/50 guys would want to return to play for a title. Like Nuss last year even though we saw how that turned out or Weeks this year for instance who said that was the reason they wanted to return

Who says we don’t win this year & next year

However, I’d be fine with a CFP appearance this year & a natty next year

The Oline will need an influx of talent along with a few key defensive players for us to contend.

Lots of returners elsewhere is a MAJOR plus.

woof. 4 great environments right there. Would be extremely impressed if next year's team has any less than 2 losses with those road games on the schedule.
