Selected by the Timberwolves in the second round of NBA draft.

This dude can play but RJ Luis can’t lol. Thanks Sankey you are further proving how unfit you are to run the SEC.

I think they are trying to distinguish between Luis who left early of his own will to enter the draft and those who entered because they thought they were out of eligibility. Not saying I agree with that but that may be the difference,

Neither should be eligible, but for some reason NBA Preseason Games hold more weight than Summer League games, along with signing a piece of paper.

Kaufman-Renn played 5 Summer League games and 0 NBA preseason games.

Luis played 0 Summer League games and 3 NBA preseason games.

If luis signed with alabama he would be playing. You know that. I know that.
Alabama had an NBA player in 5-6 games last year and the SEC said nothing.

You always have bad, grumpy takes on everything.

You should be sentenced to 1 month of watching Ms. Rachel reruns over and over as punishment for this.

The key phrase here is "trying to distinguish". If it wasn't already distinguished prior to all of this mess starting, then it's creating an unfair situation. It should be all or none. The NCAA and the SEC have continued to screw the pooch on this from the beginning, continually moving the goal posts.

Even worse, Kaufman-Renn is a Class of 2021 player. So he's trying to get a 6th year. Saying he was injured in 2022, and 2023 should count as his redshirt year. GTF outta here with that. This is worse than Chambliss.

2022 - Redshirt, DNP
2023 - RS Freshman, played in 35 games
2024 - RS Soph, started 39 games
2025 - RS Junior, started 36 games
2026 - RS Senior, started 37 games
2026 Draft - 2nd round pick

I mean 5 to play 5 is 5 to play 5 and appears he's only played 4.
