From what you said earlier in this thread your granddad must have disowned you for the wife you chose.

They are talking about Elizabeth Banks

But let's be real, teams don't normally give up on 2nd round picks quite this quickly.

Stanley Jean Baptiste is very glad they didn't.

Shot? I thought he got stabbed.

Hope Tyler is having a blast at the Purdue game tonight

He is. Just saw an interview where he said he's going to the locker room and celebrate with the team.

What?

I think he misspoke and meant to say Wade instead of Kyrie.

This - no doubt that losing Sean for a year and messing with our draft choices HURT bad. Chased Williams out of NOLA too

Williams (with a strong suggestion from Payton) was leaving at the end of the year anyway. Going to St. Louis I think.

Was that Dell or Monty's pick?

They both will probably be back especially if the Pels make the playoffs

That didn't happen with Monty Williams. Wonder if what was leaked true that Monty gave the Pels an ultimatum: Demps or him?

Who is this women on the post game show (Not Erin)? Sounds like she wants to get in Rondo's pants.

I think that's Nancy Lieberman(sp)

He did that because they fired his uncle as OC.

If we nail the draft again next year we could be locked and loaded for a LONG time. Drew may play until he's 42-43

If we can draft as well or better next year it's highly likely we will draft Drew's replacement

AD vs Greek Freak (First Take)

I do feel AD gets ignored in the "Who do you start a franchise with" argument nowadays.

What about Chuck Muncie? Rinse and repeat on the cokehead comment?

So you'd rather have one Saints title as opposed to possibly three or four more for LSU?

No. This is not the play Medea where she killed her sons not because she didn't love them but she did it because she hated Jason (their father) more. I like, went to, and root for LSU hard. My Saints fandom has been there longer and I won't unring that Super Bowl bell for almost anything.

We all have our priorities.

Agreed. Although if I were to redo it to my satisfaction Saban would never have left LSU but still opened up his offensive philosophies, the levees would have held, Payton, Brees et al would have still come to N.O, Gregg Williams would have kept his mouth shut and there would have been NC and Super Bowl wins galore.

That didn't happen so I will take the additional 2007 National Championship along with the 2009 Super Bowl and look forward to the next ones.

Of course the Saints would've never won a Super Bowl but I had gotten used to that. On the other hand, LSU would've had at least one more national title and maybe more than that. I would take that trade off.

I wouldn't. Not in a million years.
Looks like Jazz got Rubio for a 2018 1st rounder.

Thanks for all the suggestions. Bleach was my first idea but I thought that would cause the color to fade. Hoped you guys could help me come up with an alternative. Appreciate your input.

Water in car problem

I have a Cadillac that has been setting up for awhile that i'm finally getting around to working on. My question is that due to a leaking sunroof water has seeped into the carpet and trunk and I believe mold is starting to grow. Is there a way for me to disinfect and clean the carpet as well as the dashboard, steering wheel, etc...? I want to start driving this vehicle again but don't want to get sick doing it. Thanks.

Not new as you can see from the date I joined. Just a serious fan, lurker and reader. Btw, I graduated in Spring of '85 and started LSU fall of '85.

Here is a blurb from a Fox sports story

Speaking of Oher, the book about his rags-to-riches upbringing ("The Blind Side") is being made into a movie scheduled for a Thanksgiving release. Quinton Aaron ("Fighting," "Be Kind, Rewind") will portray Oher, who was living a nomadic existence in high school until taken in by a loving family. Oher's surrogate parents Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy are being played by Sandra Bullock and Tim McGraw respectively. Some of the college coaches who recruited Oher — including Nick Saban in full Louisiana State regalia — make cameo appearances as well ...
