Can you charge someone for stealing the keys?
Could probably add assault with a deadly weapon for intentionally ramming the woman with her car.

It’s too bad that the prosecutors can’t do some kind of “penalties offset, 2nd down” kinda thing like in football and save some time and taxpayer money.

I mean that’s pretty funny but I don’t think I want those two getting offset penalties.
Those women look crazy as hell. And not like “that’d be a fun Friday night crazy.”
They’re “violent cat women crazy” which is much less cool.
