TPUSA knew an easily accessible rooftop was near Charlie, yet only wrote a letter. Why?

If you are head of a security detail for a prominent figure, would you not make sure something you are very concerned about is covered?

Hindsight bias. Charlie Kirk wasn’t POTUS. Unreasonable to expect people to have taken all the same precautions even if they seem obvious in hindsight.

Regarding security, TPUSA had their opinion and UVU had one as well. I am saying if my level is concern is that high, one of my guys will certainly be watching it.
Of course it is all hindsight now and I really wish this had not happened. But a suit against the college is reaching, I believe, at this point.

Why are you framing your opinion in the title and omitting the title of a wrongful death lawsuit--of which you can disagree with anytime after the proper title?
Wrongfull death lawsuits take time to evidence gather. but they should have done this sooner.

I have a very intelligent friend who has lost his mind going down this rabbit hole of a case. When I told him this will never stop despite the verdict he asked 'what do you mean'?
Conspiracy either way. Innocent. The killer is still out there and he was set up. Guilty. He was set up to be the fall guy and the real killer is still loose.

Uh yea. They’re paid a handsome sum to do so. I mean any complete fricking moron can see the rooftops would be an issue. You don’t even have to climb to get on them and Charlie was essentially in a bowl. I would have damn sure had one of my own guys up on a roof to watch the area. I do t understand how anyone can see otherwise. Put your bias aside.

This. People may have expected angry libtards to show up and disrupt the speech/event and get loud, maybe even pushy in the crowd etc. I don't think anyone expected one of the whackos to actually assassinate him. This was a huge wake up call to how insane the left really is in this country now. Unfortunately, for Charlie and his family, it took what happened to him for people to wake up and realize just how nuts the left is.
