I have a M600 pool vac that I need to replace the controller cable. Are they universal? I see them for various prices online, not sure which I need to buy. TIA

This cable from Amazon should work but just be cautious. I bought a cable from a 3rd party for my S200 and it didn't work. I ended up buying direct from Maytronics, but definitely paid more. No regrets.

Your part # should be 9995899-DIY

I have had mine for about two years now and for some reason, it is starting to twist up. I tried to straighten it out but its still twisting back up. Never had that problem before. The "swivel" joint near the robot seems to be working but obviously its not

on a sunny day pull your dolphin out from the pool and detach your cord from the power supply unit. Stretch your cord out and try to untwist as much as you can. Let that cord sit in the sun for a few hours then reattach.

I do this about once a month and it really helps with the twisting issue

Thanks. I will give that a try today. I have a caddy for mine and I dont leave it in the pool We use out pool daily so I just throw it in there a few times a week to keep it vacuumed.

When its done this morning, i will try that.

That's what I ended up ordering.

my cable is starting to peel, we've had it for about 5 years. Hopefully that one will work, it will be in Friday.

I replaced the cord on my explorer e20. Got it from Amazon cause the shipping was supposed to be faster. Mine didn’t work, but it could be something I did wrong. Had mine for a little less than 2 years and the cord started twisting badly. Will consider cordless going forward.

I was having to do that after every use. It got twisted every single time.
