he stepped up but didnt slide right. Just one step right would have a wide open throwing lane. No reason to do that jump throw off the front foot
Any particular brands that you guys think are better than others? Ive googled a lot but there is no consistency in the responses.

Thank you. it's become my normal now. Honestly, it hasn't been incredibly hard to keep it off so far, but I know it will be as I continue to age. Turning 60 next year is going to hurt my feelings.......but i refuse to quit at this point. Just got my first grandson and I plan on being around for him. :dude:

59 year old male. I lost 45 pounds at end of 2025. No shots. Just exercise and counting macros. Ive been lifting 5 days a week since then. Making pretty good progress
Im considering getting on creatine but i dont want to gain water weight that makes me look fat again. Should I do it anyways?
Will that weight look different than the weight I lost? Sorry if it’s a dumb question.

I went to get the 24 gun Redfield safe and right next to it, they had the 30 gun Redfield on sale for just $50 more. I thought it was a no brainer to spend the extra $50 for the extra space.
Sweet. Local Academy has the 24 gun on sale for $450, regular $700. Think im going to give it a shot. Pardon the pun

I've got 3 Kentucky Runner bean ready to pick. Do I just put them in a ziplock bag until i get enough to freeze or can? How long can I keep them that way while collecting before they spoil?

does appear Rip is running the place but that can't be it. Thats gotta be a misdirect. I think it's more likely that he's giving them a chance to get out before he does Rip stuff.....especially since the foreman says the Jacksons are going to get him
