re: Do any guides offer both trout and red snapper on same day? - BullredsRus
I say Grand Isle but really anywhere close so Fourchon too. Ideally we could try the belle pass jetties and barges, timbalier islands or elmers isle on way out, and then keep going south after that....

re: Do any guides offer both trout and red snapper on same day? - BullredsRus
I have a free place to stay out of Grand Isle. Not opposed to Venice if that's the better option though. I know I'm late in trying to book anything....

Do any guides offer both trout and red snapper on same day? - BullredsRus
Looking to go out of grand isle specifically. And the red snapper would be optional only if we catch a lot of trout fast. I'm not opposed to paying extra for gas or anything. But would be nice to combine both in same trip. ...

re: Can someone please school the idiot in the room. That's me btw apparently. - BullredsRus
On live bait what about craokers, too small? I want to get some to trout fish with early and then maybe use leftovers for rigs. I only have one livewell or else I'd try to castnet for mullet before going out. I guess I could always dump unused croakers for bigger bait...

re: Can someone please school the idiot in the room. That's me btw apparently. - BullredsRus
Thanks everyone. I might try again this weekend. What is a good set up as far as size of weight needed both with cut bait and live bait (not sure if I should use different weight for live bait or not). And how many feet spacing between weight and hook? I found this video an it is very si...

re: Worst One Night Stand Experience You’ve Had? - BullredsRus
Went home with a hottie. Hit it. Woke up middle of night witha fat bitch next to me. I'm pretty sure she was hot but I was really drunk so who knows..... Either way she pissed the bed. Or maybe I did. I know someone pissed in that fricking bed and the whore was getting fatter by the minute as I s...

Can someone please school the idiot in the room. That's me btw apparently. - BullredsRus
Bc red snapper are the easiest fish to catch in the gulf right?? I went out last Saturday out of Fourchon. Nada. Zero. We started at a triple rig in 60 foot of water. Then next stop was a rig in 85 foot of water. Next stop was rig in 150 foot of water. All three stops we tried different depths...

re: Caye Caulker, Belize Review - BullredsRus
Thanks for posting review. I am in the process of thinking about planning a trip to Belize with my wife and kids. Kids ages are 5 and 7. The only thing my wife really wants is a really pretty beach and pretty water. Past that we may go on an excursion or two for kids but mainly want to lounge ou...

That sounds pretty awesome. So I saw there's a website for it. Is this a handful of friends starting a tradition or is it open to anyone? Also it didn't say anything about cost on the website. ...

re: How much wind is too much for surf fishing in Grand Isle/Fourchon? - BullredsRus
Well too much wind is a bad thing but apparently so is too little. At least for me it was. I've never seen the gulf as calm as it was yesterday. There were hardly any breakers. We tried elmers but had zero luck. Saw One surf fisher throw back a small speck and one guy on boat next to us caught ...

re: How much wind is too much for surf fishing in Grand Isle/Fourchon? - BullredsRus
Thanks everyone. Out of curiosity why is a southwest wind bad for the barges? Is it the water coming out of Bell Pass dirtying up the area where barges are located?...

How much wind is too much for surf fishing in Grand Isle/Fourchon? - BullredsRus
I am planning on going this Wednesday. Forecast is calling for 10mph south winds. I know a north wind is better for surf fishing right? Is any south winds not worth trying it? Was planning on launching in Fourchon and starting at the barges and work my way towards elmers isle. If the forecast...

re: State Rep. C. Denise Marcelle "seriously concerned" with arrest of mother whose baby died - BullredsRus
Her kids dead forever so that's a lifetime of punishment. Was it negligent? Absolutely and she'll pay that price and think of it forever. I think jail time is overboard. If she owned a daycare and someone else's kid was killed then I would feel differently. Community service maybe based on rais...
