On Tuesday’s College Football Live, ESPN analyst David Pollack was asked if Arkansas could conceivably get to nine wins this season, which would require a 6-3 finish. He didn't seem so hopeful...

Arkansas can beat aTm. Odom has done miracles with that defense and Pittman has them believing. That is a good start for the Hogs.

I don't think reasonable people are thinking Arkansas wins 9 games. but what a great turnaround for Arkansas.

After the last several years, I consider the fact that anyone is even addressing the possibility of 9 wins a victory in itself. No matter what happens, it’s been the best 3 weeks for a hog football fan in a long long time.

Ok. We'll beat UAPB. That's 4-0. We will lose to Bama and UGA. 4-2. That leaves 6 games that we have a chance to win. Split and finish 7-5 is conceivable. Before the season, I was thinking 5-7 so finishing 3-5 in year 2 with Pittman would be a huge step.

THe harder question is will LSU get to 9 wins. I think Ark and LSU could have similar records at 8-4.

Pollock is obviously on SECR. No one else thinks Arkansas is actually a 'top team'. Even the SECR is about 75% Arkansas is great meme vs real talk

Not getting 9 wins would be a rude awakening? Most of us are going to be happy with 6-6 and getting to a bowl game. Give us the schedule of the other two teams mentioned and we probably go 10-2.

Alabama (90% L), Georgia (70% L), Ole Miss (60% W), Auburn (50% W/L), LSU (60% W), A&M (55% W). I can see them beating Ole Miss, LSU, and one of either Auburn or A&M. I would rather see Arkansas have a great season than A&M or Bama.
