TSA in Atlanta this morning was like a ridiculous boot camp

Multiple security experts who are barely qualified to work at Lowe’s yelling the same commands over and over again from multiple directions.
I need some kind of global entry or pay for priority or something. Would flying 1st class allow me to avoid this experience in the future? Normally fly Delta.

That’s correct. For some reason it was over the top this morning and very noticeable. It reminded me of boot camp videos that I have seen

Pay $85 for TSA Precheck to get away from the unwashed masses. Well worth it. Especially in the ATL.

Before you pay, check your credit card rewards sections. Many of them will cover the cost for you.

Everyone on your reservation gets it as well, great if traveling with a family.

I have precheck. Bought three tickets. One for adult brother and father. We should all be able to go through pre?

Pay the extra $15 and get Global Entry. It last 5 yrs and you get pre-check. If you travel internationally you get expedited Customs check coming back into the US.

Why not just get global entry?

Wrong. Only minors on the reservation.
And yeah, get Global Entry. My Chase card pays for it.

That used to be the case about 50% of the time, almost lottery like, but no more. I did not renew and had to wait behind some Covidian wearing a space helmet and that sold me on getting it back.

Global Entry + Clear.
In major airports I skip hundreds of people sometimes.

This. Mine card covers me and the wife (no pics).

This is the correct answer. I'd pay twice what they charge for it.
