I have a trip almost every month, interruptions at work, small kids at home. It adds up.
Going to napa for a concert, so I had three different airports potentially, lodging is outrageous, etc. anyway it is done.
Everyone can DV away, but I think there is a need for travel agents that do these things.

I'm sure there's still a travel agent in BR or NOLA due to their size. FWIW the government and a lot of corporations still use travel agents to do their travel.
