From prior posts I know I'm not the only one headed to Disney next week.

Leaving NOLA at 2 am Saturday to drive there. 6 Nights at Pop. Dining reservations and fastpasses locked in loaded. Coming back day after Turkey Day.

Few new experiences planned for this trip:

Be Our Guest for Breakfaast
Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria al Forno
Dinner at Beaches and Cream Soda Shop
Thanksgiving Dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe

Also, this will be our first trip where Pandora is open... and my youngest wants to do the Jedi training.

What say the rest of you?

Yes it is. I've done it three times.

Wanted to try something new.

I fly out of Houston Sunday morning and come back Friday night. I didn’t do any planning as my sister in law and cousins handled that. I am showing up at the airport and heading straight to the park on an Uber as my brother, who is driving, is bringing my luggage.

Any place in magic kingdom to check on the saints game? I know the answer is no but I might as well ask.

Super curious to see how the re-boot works. Also looking forward to trying the new margarita stand outside Mexico that opened Monday.

In the park itself? I can't think of anywhere. I'll be checking on my phone.

If you weren't in MK... there is an ESPNZone at the Boardwalk that would surely have the game. My FIL watched the LSU-A&M game there last year.

Yeah I know I wish I was going to be around there. Maybe I can talk mom into going there before MK but doubtful as I am sure she wants to meet up with the nieces ASAP.

No TVs in magic kingdom but you can walk to the contemporary resort and watch it at the lounge next to the contempo cafe. 4th floor I believe. It’s called the outer rim.

Make sure to get there early. We went at 8am and still waited an hour last week

We like the BOG breakfast but prepare thy anus. $25 a pop for a non character experience hurts the pocket book. The Feast A La Gaston is good though I normally get the croque madame. The meat and cheese tray is nice but it needs more baguette. Make sure to ask for ketchup at Whispering Canyon!

I watched the LSU Syracuse game on the Watch ESPN app between rides at MK. Wifi was pretty stable that day in the parks.

By the way, a MUST do for adults is to take a break on the veranda at Nomad Lounge in Animal Kingdom. They have couches and chairs out there. It is a wonderful spot to relax for a bit. I suggest the Kungaloosh Excursion spiced ale.

Our plan is to be there before rope drop, and as soon as we get in... my wife and youngest will go straight there to sign up while my oldest and me will head straight to Rock N Roller Coaster (my youngest and my wife have no desire for that ride).

My (adult) kids are there and I am working this week. Clearly my life is very backwards.
