My office booked one for me for a trip later this week

I've used them in Europe and once in Denver without any problems

I have used them several times with no major problems. I have one book for two weeks from now in France. I would not hesitate to use them.

Sixt has been great for me. Used them multiple times. Even once gave me a free upgrade to BMW. Never had to wait more than a few minutes when picking up.

I would be concerned any time "the office" booked travel for me. Never used Sixt, but I'd be concerned if the office booked Avis, even. You said Chicago? Oh, your booking is at MDW, not ORD etc.
