I guess drive to Florida and enjoy some relaxation in a beach town if you are like me and don't want to fly right now and hate long drives.

Not sure where you live though, just throwing out an idea.

Where were you headed? I've been seeing a ton of cheap flights for this weekend already, wouldn't recommend the northeast based on the anticipated storm

Buffets are gross. Probably been 15 years since I’ve went to the buffet on a cruise

What cruise line and why?

Are they giving you a refund or credit for future cruise?

Why did they cancel? I've had cruises cancelled. It sucks. But they offered significant credits for future bookings. Are they offering anything similar?

Guess if you're still looking to do something this week,

I've seen some recent deals in January to Hawaii?

Bahamas?

You'd be better off doing the opposite of whatever the gov't has said since all this started.

They are basically offering us the same promotions going on currently (70% off second passenger?) but once that promotion ends it ends.

And they give us a 20% discount for next cruise which is shite

Norwegian has some serious operational issues at the moment... much worse than Carnival.

We went on Carnival Valor on thanksgiving week and at same time my sister in law went on the Norwegian Breakaway reposition cruise from New York to NOLA.

Afterwards we compared notes.

Carnival had significantly more restrictions on board as far as masks, social distancing, etc.

Norwegian, it seemed like you tested at terminal, and if were negative, it was pretty much cruising as normal.

Not sure if that's changed since then or if that's why they are having so many issues at the moment.
