Last time I was in Vegas my wife and I had dinner at Lago in Bellagio.
Nice seafood menu with windows looking over the fountain/Eifel Tower.
Any of the restaurants in the Wynn are top notch

There are so many. Take a look at Beauty & Essex in the Cosmo.

Best steak I've had in a long time was at Circus Circus Steakhouse. Older setting that routinely hosted MOB bosses and associates back in the day. Food was top shelve.

The food is incredible, the vibe is awesome, and the decoration is hard to beat.

Many great ones to choose from.
If the weather is nice, go to Spago at the Bellagio and sit outside on the patio overlooking the fountain.

The mention of Battista’s brings up great memories of the old Vegas. That used to be our place before all of the big, fancy, celebrity chef restaurants started popping up. Fun, casual place with old style Italian food and all you can drink free house wine.

Agreed. Never had a bad experience eating there. Usually pretty good scenery too.

I was just out the last weekend. We went to Lotus of Siam, and I believe that it lives up to the hype. It was some of the best Thia food I've ever had. We also went to Barry's Downtown Prime in Circa. It was good, but I'm not 100% sure I would go back. It wasn't bad, but I think there are better places to eat. We also had lunch at Tacos and Beer, and it was good.

There have been a lot of Vegas restaurant threads on here. Just google “Vegas restaurant tigerdroppings.”
Some places I’ve been in the last few years that I enjoyed:
Higher end:
Kabuto Sushi: Edomae style, omakase sushi. Small place with a sushi bar and a few tables. We did the premium omakase and it was a solid experience. Definitely pricy. The first few courses were fairly adventurous, but the fish was some of the best I’ve ever had.
Andiamo Italian Steakhouse - downtown in The D casino. Have been here several times and it’s been great. Nice setting and solid food. Plus I like strolling through Fremont.
Cleaver - Steakhouse off strip behind the sphere. It’s the steakhouse spin off of Herbs and Rye which gets a lot of love. My meal here was great. The bar program here is top notch and drinks were amazing. Everything I ate from apps to steak was spot on. Highly recommend.
Spago - Wolfgang Puck’s flagship restaurant overlooking the Bellagio fountains. My wife and I dined here in March and got a table on the patio overlooking the fountains. It’s was a really awesome experience. Service was good, food was very solid, and having patio seats to the fountain show was very memorable. It was very pricey but very cool. All we did to get fountain table was show up 15 minutes early to our reservation.
More Casual:
Lavo AYCE Brunch: Wife and I did the AYCE brunch with bottomless mimosas on a Sunday. It was great. It's a menu you order from with everything made fresh. Food was great and had a ton of options. We really enjoyed it. I think going with a group would be even better as a lot of the plates had a lot of food.
Eggslut - breakfast sandwich chain in Cosmopolitan. Very popular place and always a line. I try to hit it up every time I am there and really enjoy it.
Cafe at Ellis Island - off strip casino behind Paris. Gets a lot of love on here and well deserved. If you are looking for affordable good food this is a solid spot. Steak and eggs special. Chicken fried steak is awesome. Solid house beer. Plus $5 tables if you want to scratch some felt for cheap.
Umiya Sushi - off strip just last Palms. All you can eat sushi. Have been here a few times and thought it was solid. Great selection and price not bad.
Tekka Bar: hand roll place in Cosmopolitan food hall area. Started in NYC. Have been to both and really like it. Have different prices hand roll sets for 3/4/5 pieces.

I have not been to Circus Circus steakhouse. I did go to Primal which is off the strip by a mile or so but it was worth the short trip there. I also want to try the Golden Steer Steakhouse.

Wife and I went to Herbs and Rye last visit. Half price steaks during happy hour, pretty cool cocktail menu and vibe. We enjoyed it.

That sounds like a deal in LV. I didn’t know there was such a thing in LV as half price steaks.
