Now I’ve got to get lift tickets, etc for my teenage son and myself. Best (aka most affordable) way to purchase lift tickets for 3 days of skiing in mid-Jan. Not nailed down on Breck area, but that’s my initial plan.
Open to other suggestions, but have skiied Breck many times and the familiarity of it is nice for me.

Don't yell at me but I would make sure to have it in writing that if the ski resort is closed the lift tickets are refundable. I was able to get a refund on mine last year, but I know some people that didn't.

Great to see people supporting ski resorts. They are going to need it this year after what happened last year.

If you search the board for "vail resorts" or EPIC pass you will see the article posted about lift tickets this year. Or visit their website. Unless you are a season pass holder, you cannot purchase tickets in advance. You will need to make week of reservations, and assume there will be tickets available. That is for all Vail-owned mountains, Breck being one of them.

Can I in advance? The above post leads to me to believe that I can’t.

You should probably go directly to the site to start figuring out your options.

I'm buying our epic pass lift tickets for breck today. We are flying out of alex on Christmas day. I'm pretty sure I read on their site that it comes with free insurance in case of covid closures , etc

If you’re only skiing 3 days each, the entire pass isn’t worth it. Just buy the daily lift tickets from the epic site instead.

You’ll need to make a reservation to ski. Read the fine print as well. Sometimes, you may not get your reservation day you question if more “priority” people are ahead of you passed upon the pass/priority days they have.
