Is there a worse major US airport than Atlanta?

The old carpet smells like piss, airport staff is unpleasant to interact with, half the eating establishments are closed no matter the time of day... this place sucks.
CNN being played throughout sucks too.

It sucks. When you fly back to the states from overseas and land there, you learn very quickly how bad the airport sucks and the workers there are terrible.

As a flyer with more than 1.5 million miles I will tell you ATL is actually a great airport. I personally hated it as a leisure traveler but now I love it.
That said, customs can absolutely suck. Took almost 90 mins in July. I have global entry but my family didn’t so it was brutal.
Airports that really suck are Newark, Philly, and Kansas City. Those three are horrible. Ohare is up there as well but I can live with it but try to avoid it at all costs.

Atlanta was literally a peach and I used to love visiting it for bowl games and I just had nothing but good times there. What happened?
