Don't forget Perdido Key.

Perdido Skye can be inexpensive, if 2 are small enough to sleep in bunk beds...

As others have said, there are a shitton of properties that fit this description.
If you are looking for a basic place that is clean and comfortable, the Phoenix properties will work fine. Search Brett Robinson to see their whole portfolio.
Phoenix X is next door to the Florabama if that interest you.

There are better properties out there. Play around on VRBO.com would be the best bet.

Ft. Morgan has a nice resort called the Beach Club if that interest you.

Go down the road a few miles to Perdido for less crowded beaches and less trashy folk

I've stayed there and Ocean Breeze East right next door several times. 2 of the cheapest beach front condos in the area. I haven't been in a couple of years and they were starting to need some updates. Most haven't been updated since Ivan.

Are you telling me there is that much of a difference in perceived trash levels in Perdido vs Orange Beach?

Seaspray has a Riverside option, in case you want to bring your boat; or just like the quieter setting.

Still get access to all the Gulfside amenities.

We currently use Indigo, not worth the extra money; but keeps my extended family happy...

There is a difference just because there are not as many people.

Eden is great. Huge waterfall pool and usually not overly crowded

Pheonix 9

Most of the rooms are great. It's walking distance to Flora-bama for a lunchtime bushwhacker and when you want to go listen to the bands at night.

U mean redneck riveara?

Don’t spend your money on a new truck you can’t afford, and throw some extra money into this trip and make it worth your while. Go to 30-a, maybe rent a house for the the week in an isolated area, with private beach access, and have a real relaxing week not spent fighting the white trash at gulf shores

Oh we’ve got an internet badass over here.

I just got back from a long wedding weekend at Rosemary/Seacrest and I still like Orange Beach just as much. They are just different places. Rosemary and Seacrest are more walkable but our place shared deeded beach access with like half the town. Plus everything closes at 9pm! I’ve never had last call at 8:45!

Orange beach isn’t as walkable, but it’s 2 hours closer to me, and I can walk out to the beach in seconds from our first floor unit.

Orange Beach may have some trashballs at the lower end Phoenix towers but own/rent at the right places, eat dinner at Fishers or Voyagers, and you can avoid them.
