If you are a coaster fan, Silver Dollar City has some of the best around. Just went over the Christmas holidays, so cold weather prevented us from riding the newest coaster- Time Traveler, but rode all the others. Outlaw Run, Powder Keg, and Wildfire are all great coasters, and Thunderation is a good intro for those just getting into it. There's also a cave in the park that you need to book a time for- didn't do it this trip, but did in the past.

In Branson itself, we ate at Getting Basted a couple of times- really good Kansas City BBQ. The walls are covered with trophies the owners have won in competitions.

Top of the Rock golf cart tour is cool, and second the recommendation for the Bass Pro Shops & Museum

Times varied per ride- much of that was due to "weather holds". It was quite chilly and some of the rides were down for not meeting the minimum temp, which led to longer waits for those that were open. It was also the most crowded time of the year so that contributed, but I'd say on average 1/2 hour wait per ride- again some longer, some shorter. Lines were definitely shorter earlier in the morning and later in the day.

Boat on Taneycomo is fun too. Trout fishing there.

The cave in silver dollar city is awesome if you’re halfway in good shape. 100% buy the super trailblazer pass with your ticket if you can swing it. I almost felt guilty for passing a 50 minute line and immediately getting on a ride. Was definitely worth it.

The mountain coasters on the strip are fun to ride at night.

Rent a boat and spend the day at Table Rock Lake. We had a tube and spent all day on the water.

I’ve seen the show many times in the past. Is Baldknobbers still a good show after the break-up and move to the new location?

the vocktails in the cave bar halfway through the tour are in cans. If we had known that we wouldnot have gotten them. The museum at the top is nice if you like museums.

Went last October. The Haygoods show is worth every penny and I’m not a big show person. Don’t know about summer, but Silver Dollar City with the fall foilage and decorations was outstanding.
