Best International Destinations to visit during US winter

Between my kids and my business my best time to travel for over a week is Thanksgiving Break and Christmas break, so I'm trying to plan some trips we want to go on during the winter from Nov to January. So basically, south of the equator or close to the equator types of places
Here's my initial list, but I'm looking for others where its peak season or otherwise a great time to visit during these times.
1.) Hawaii
2.) Mediterranean cruise including Egypt and Israel (obviously no hurry here)
3.) African Safari
4.) Southeast Asia
5.) Australia
I'm talking places that are like going to Holland in April, but are best to visit in Nov through January?

Our best Carribean trip by far was to Grenada.

Places that I've visited in November - March that I really enjoyed:
1) Jordan
2) New Zealand
3) Argentina
4) Barbados
Jordan can actually be cold around Christmas break. I was there December 6-14, and it was a little chilly in the Red Sea and the Dead Sea. Thanksgiving break would be ideal.
The time to go to Argentina is in the next year or two, before it gets expensive.
I never really understand why people prioritize Australia above New Zealand.
As far as a safari goes, if you are thinking about South Africa, it's better in our summer (their winter) when less foliage makes it easier to spot wildlife. The bugs and malaria risk is also much lower.

That's the kind of information I was looking for.
Some of these I really haven't looked into. I lived in hawaii many years ago, Hawaii isn't really ideal in the winter either but its doable. I don't think it would be worth going to and risk not being able to snorkel with cold weather for example.

I booked flights to Kazakhstan, Norway, and Sweden for February, so maybe don't take my advice.

Thailand is very nice. I spent time in Bangkok and it was great. Nothing at all like I expected. It was very clean and upscale where we were. From there we went to Hua Hin on the coast. The beach and water were great. The town was nice but there was a little more of the seedy stuff visible there too.

Lots of places in Southeast Asia are fantastic. Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore, parts of the Philippines (like Palawan).
I also love Costa Rica. For a shorter flight, Cabo is also usually very nice this time of year.

I'll add Chile and Argentina as I was in both recently.
Chile - very European and high living standards. Gorgeous mountains everywhere.
Argentina - can be incredibly cheap depending on how you do the currency exchange. I lived Argentine currency exchange as a way of life last month. And it saved us a huge amount of money. Apparently there's been a big change and the official rate is now about 3x what it had been last month. Nice country - not quite Chile for prosperity but still well above most countries north. Patagonia out of El Calafate is a cool place. But mostly I thought Chile was nicer and more interesting.
In another thread someone mentioned Mexico City and/or Oaxaca, I will second that.
